ABOUT Tuscan Lakes,
IN LEAGUE CITY

Tuscan Lakes is built on the premise that the dream of a simpler life surrounded by the soothing beauty of the European countryside can be realized every day - not so far away. It takes the rich offerings of Tuscany, and places it within reach of every resident who wants to stop planning for "one day" and start living their dream today.

Built with the strength and spirit of family in mind , the Tuscan Lakes community provides an exquisite backgrop modeled after one of the most tranquil places in the world - where the pace permits an appreciation of nature and true exploration. Every park and community center is built with thoughts of your family. Modern day Piazzas become the new "hangouts", and wildlife bathing in streams the new family entertainment.

The “noise” of life is softened by lush, majestic Cypress trees and running streams, giving clarity to conversations, giggles and childish shrills. It’s simply a place to reconnect with family and reacquaint yourself with the things most important.

Once turning off League City Parkway into Tuscan Lakes, residents transcend time and place as they drive past aqueducts as gracefully aged as their Italian models. Rolling hills and beautiful flowers fill the vast landscape of the 870 - acre masterfully planned, environmentally sensitive community.
